- Please note that this registration form is meant to be filled in individually – should you wish to attend the meeting with a companion, it would be necessary to register him/her/they in the relative page on the online format.
Please Note: You can use PayPal to pay even without an active PayPal account linked to a credit card.

Here you can enter your credit, debit, or prepaid card information even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOR REGISTRATION AND ACCOMODATION
It will not accept telephone reservations.
Registration and Accomodation must be done filling the Online Registration form.
You will receive a reservation request after completing the form, if you do not receive it please contact with the Organizing Secretariat at congressi@progetka.com . Registration fee has to be paid before the deadline for early registration; otherwise, your registration fee will be updated to the current one.
Full payments are required in advance to the conference start.
A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after we received the payment.
Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.
All payments must be made in Euros, please find as follow the available payment methods:
Credit Card Online with PayPal method: you will be redirected to a secure page. All credit card are accepted.
Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically by e-mail.
Bank fees must be paid by the participant.
This option only will be available until September 01th, 2026.
📝 Registration Cancellation:
Cancellations received by June 1st, 2026: deposits will be refunded minus €50 for administrative costs.
Cancellations received by July 15th, 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 15th, 2026, or for registered participants who do not attend the event.
No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
🏨 Accommodation Cancellation:
Accommodation cancellation requests must be sent by email to the Organizing Secretariat: congressi@progetka.com
Cancellations received by July 15th, 2026: deposits will be refunded minus €50 per night for administrative costs.
Cancellations received by August 1st, 2026: 50% of the hotel reservation will be reimbursed.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 1st, 2026, or for no-shows.
In the event of “no shows”, the hotel will automatically release the room at 09:00 a.m. the following day, and no refund will be provided.
All applicable reimbursements will be processed after the conclusion of the Conference.
